Reach Board is a new product that's currently in pre-launch. Features are being developed and tested, therefore limited information is available here.

Attendance

NFC daily attendance taps with personal welcome message, gamifying attendance streak and promoting student's colleges of interest.

Facial Recognition

Triggers promote student brightspots as they approach, record student "out of class" tallies, and send "unknown face" alerts to deans and school safety.

Digital Signage

Period Countdown, Calendar, lunch menu, event photos, news, staff profiles, school vision & mission posters, inspirational quotes and more.

Guest Passes

A digital security desk. The Reach Board can take photos of visitors, scan IDs, log entry times and print adhesive photo guest passes.

Photo Booth

Enable students to take photos with friends. These can be moderated and shown on the screen, and will be available in the cloud for the yearbook.

Reward System

When students improve, reward them. The system prints coupons for a reward with instructions on how to redeem in the main office.

Data & Sense

Constantly sensing, logging and analyzing data. Meaningful insights provided to key staff. We know Marcus goes to the bathroom every period.

Unknown Face

Facial recognition is used not just for brightspot triggers and student tracking, but also to to send alerts based on unknown faces.

Evacuation

Set a screen to direct students to the nearest emergency exit in case of evacuation, or configure the system to remind students to follow posted signs.

Poll, Survey, Quiz

Effective gather formative data. Do students know the difference between analysis or evaluation?

Staff Directory

A student may need to locate the nurse or a guidance counselor, or look up a teacher's email. Reach Board can handle these requests

Where's the lunch room, the gym or the nurse? Reach Board is a great assist to new students or existing students with schedule changes.
